Getting Started
TitleScreen connects game Developers with Publishers and Investors. Creating an account is free.
What is TitleScreen?
TitleScreen is an online platform where Developers publish a Game Page to promote their projects, and Publishers and Investors browse those pages to find games to fund, publish, distribute, port or release physically.
Publishers browse projects one at a time in Discover, save the ones they like to Favorites, and contact the Developer directly from the platform.

Create a Game Page
Building a project takes four steps. Creating and editing is always free — you only pay when you publish.
The four steps
-
Basic Information
The identity of your game: title, description, main banner, key art and an optional YouTube trailer.
- Project Title — required.
- Description — required. Rich text: you can add formatting, images and GIFs.
- Main Banner — required. The wide image at the top of your page.
- Key Art — up to 8 images. Add at least 3.
- Trailer — optional YouTube link.
-
Product Information
The searchable data other users filter by. Every field has an Other option if your case is not listed.
- Genre — one or more.
- Platforms — target platforms for the game.
- Engine — Unity, Unreal, Godot, custom, etc.
- Multiplayer and Age Rating.
- Current Status — how far along development is.
- Consumer Price range, or mark the game as Free to Play.
- Budget range — what you need to finish the project.
-
Services Requested
What you are actually looking for. This is what Publishers match against, so be specific.
- Select the services you need — funding, publishing, porting, distribution and more.
- If you request porting, pick the target platforms.
- If you request regional distribution, pick the territories.
- If you request a physical edition, pick the territories for it.
-
Additional Materials
Links to anything that helps a Publisher evaluate you: pitch decks, playable builds, art packs, design documents.
- Each entry has a Document Name, a Short Description and a Link.
- Host the file wherever you like (Drive, Dropbox, itch.io, your own site) and paste the URL.
- Make sure the link is publicly accessible, or nobody will be able to open it.
Editing a project later
Open My Projects and choose Edit on any project. You can change any step at any time, before or after publishing. Use Preview to see exactly how your page will look to other users before it goes live.
Media & Uploads
Your images are the first thing anyone sees. Here is what the platform accepts.
Accepted formats
Uploads are images only. We accept the common web and camera formats:
JPG JPEG PNG APNG GIF
WEBP BMP TIFF ICO
HEIC HEIF AVIF JXL
Size limit
Each file can be up to 100 MB. If an upload fails, the most common causes are a file over that limit, an unsupported format, or a slow connection dropping mid-upload. Try again with a compressed version of the image.
What to upload where
| Slot | Recommendation |
|---|---|
| Main Banner | A wide, landscape image with your logo or key visual. This is the header of your page and the thumbnail in Discover, so use your strongest art. |
| Key Art | Up to 8 images: screenshots, concept art, character models, environments. Add at least 3 — pages with more art get more attention. |
| Trailer | A YouTube link. Paste the full URL (youtube.com/watch?v=...) and we embed the player on your page. |
| Description images | You can drop images and GIFs directly into the rich-text description to break up long text. |
Replacing or removing images
In edit mode every image slot has a Remove button. To replace an image, just upload a new file into the same slot — the old one is swapped out when you save.
Publishing a Project
Two conditions make a project publicly visible: it must be complete enough, and it must be paid.
Completeness
Every project has a completeness score out of 100%. A project must reach at least 30% before it can be published — that floor exists so no empty page ever reaches a Publisher.
Points are awarded like this:
| What you fill in | Points |
|---|---|
| Project Title | 10 |
| Description | 10 |
| Main Banner | 10 |
| Key Art (2 points each, up to 5 images) | 10 |
| Genre | 7 |
| Engine | 7 |
| Platforms | 7 |
| Budget range | 7 |
| Current Status | 7 |
| Services Requested | 15 |
| Porting, regional or physical distribution details | 10 |
Project states
You can see the state of each project at a glance in My Projects.
| State | What it means |
|---|---|
| Not Published | A draft. Only you can see it. Edit it freely for as long as you want. |
| Published | Live and visible to everyone in Discover, Advanced Search and on your company profile. |
| Expires soon | Still live, but 14 days or fewer remain in the current period. You will see a countdown. |
| Expired | The period ended and the project is no longer public. Your data is untouched — pay again to bring it back. |
Why is my project not showing up?
- Completeness is below 30% — finish the missing fields.
- The project has not been paid, or the period has expired.
- The payment just went through and the page has not been refreshed yet.
- You are looking at your own project in Discover — you will not see your own pages there.
Payments & Billing
You only pay to make a project public. Everything else on TitleScreen is free.
per published project
What you get
- Visible in Discover to every Publisher on the platform
- Listed in Advanced Search results
- Shown on your company profile
- Renews automatically — cancel any time
How to pay
-
Finish your project
Bring it to at least 30% completeness so it qualifies for publishing.
-
Start the checkout
From My Projects, click Publish on the project you want to make public.
-
Pay securely with Stripe
You are redirected to Stripe Checkout. We never see or store your card details. If you have a promotional code, enter it on that screen.
-
You are live
You come straight back to My Projects and the project switches to Published, with the date its period ends.
Renewals and expiry
- Each subscription covers one year for one project.
- It renews automatically at the end of the period unless you cancel.
- In the last 14 days you will see an Expires soon warning with a countdown.
- If it expires, the project simply stops being public. Nothing is deleted — all your text, images and materials stay exactly where they were, and paying again restores visibility.
Managing your billing
Go to Billing and open Manage payment & invoices. That takes you to the secure Stripe customer portal, where you can:
- Update or replace your payment card
- Download past invoices and receipts
- Cancel a subscription
- Update your billing address and tax details
Cancelling
Cancel any time from the Stripe portal. Your project stays published until the end of the period you already paid for — cancelling does not cut it short and does not remove your project.
Payment problems
- Payment went through but the project is not published. Reload My Projects — the status usually syncs within a moment. If it still shows as unpaid, contact support with your project title.
- Card declined. Check the card details and available funds, then retry. Some banks block international or online charges by default.
- Charged twice. Open the Stripe portal to check your invoices, and contact support if a duplicate charge is really there.
Discover & Search
Two ways to find projects: browse them one by one, or filter for exactly what you want.
Discover
Discover shows you one Game Page at a time. Read it, then either Favorite it to save it for later, or Pass to move on to the next one.
Each page shows the banner and art, the description, the Project Details, the Services Requested, information about the team, and any Additional Materials the Developer linked.
Advanced Search
Advanced Search lets you filter the whole catalogue by the fields Developers filled in on their pages — genre, platform, engine, development status, budget range and the services they are requesting.
Favorites & Messages
How a Publisher goes from finding your game to talking to you.
Favorites
Any project you favorite in Discover is saved to My Favorites. It is your private shortlist — take your time and contact the Developer when you are ready. You can remove a project from the list at any point.
Messages
Conversations happen inside the platform, in Messages. You do not need to share a personal email address to start talking. Check Notifications so you do not miss a reply.
Getting contacted more often
- Push your project completeness as close to 100% as you can.
- Use strong key art — it is the first and sometimes only thing a Publisher looks at.
- Be specific in Services Requested. "Funding and European distribution" beats a vague list.
- Link a playable build or a pitch deck in Additional Materials.
- Keep your company profile filled in, with a real description of your studio.
Account Security
Passwords, sessions, and what happens if you delete your account.
Password
Change your password from Configurations. If you cannot log in, use Forgot your password and we email you a reset link. Every password change triggers a confirmation email — if you get one you did not ask for, contact support immediately.
Deleting your account
You can request deletion from Configurations. Your account is deactivated straight away and you are logged out.
How we handle your data
- Card details are handled entirely by Stripe. They never reach our servers.
- Uploaded files are checked before they are stored, and executable formats are rejected.
- Read the Privacy Policy and the Terms of Service for the full details.
Support & Contact
If something is not covered here, we are one message away.
Opening a support ticket
Use the Support Center to send us a request. Pick the category that matches your issue so it reaches the right person faster:
- Problem With My Payment
- Problem With My Game Page
- Problem With My Profile
- My Post is Not Reflected

If you are logged in, you can follow your requests in My Tickets.
Writing a useful report
The more of this you include, the faster we can fix it:
- The exact project title, if the issue is about a specific Game Page
- What you were trying to do, and what happened instead
- The exact error message, if you saw one
- Your browser and device
- A screenshot
